  Rude receptionist just hangs up on people because she doesn't know how to answer a simple question. Call back and she doesn't even answer, just disconnects the line immediately. If the managers monitor these reviews, then it was whoever was manning the phones on April 27th at 10am. She just cost you a new customer.
