Overall the coordination and management of my move is well below par when compared with other movers - terrible. The packers did a poor job, left too many items unpacked and not packed properly; thus the driver and loaders had a hard time loading the truck on time and spent way too much time trying to pick up pieces not packed properly. Teams operated in silos. As a result, there are damages. Management (both corporate and local) did a poor job to coordinate the whole process. All they care is if the teams shows up (not necessary on time) and that the company gets paid. One thing though, the driver and the team which did the unloading at destination did a very good job. That’s the only reason I give it 2 stars. I’ll not use Bekins again.

From the first person I spoke with to the driver moving the last box. This move was wonderful. Our driver was great very professional and friendly .I will use this group again if I ever need to move again. I give the a 10. I could ramble on but I will not .They have my vote for BEST MOVERS.
